On behalf of Stichting Bayanihan we would like to invite you to attend an information day/worskshop on “Break the Silence“ (Bespreekbaar maken, Bewustwording en Preventie van Huiselijk Geweld) on Saturday, 23 January 2010 from 10.00 to 18.00 in Boeg, Utrecht. We will have dinner together after this activity.
The objective of this information/workshop session is to break the taboo on domestic violence, to be aware what it is all about, let the women know that domestic violence is not normal and that she is not the only one who has landed in this situation. Information helps and encourages women to talk about domestic violence and gets her out of the isolation.
