The Board Members of Stichting Bayanihan (Philippine Women Centre in the Netherlands) have decided to cancel the planned International Women’s Day (IWD 2020) Forum scheduled on Saturday, March 14, 2020, in Rotterdam due to the circumstances surrounding the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Netherlands.
We feel that it is our shared responsibility to help in preventing the spread of the COVID-19. The health and well-being of our members, guests and attendees are of utmost importance to us and we are taking this option for the protection of everyone.
To all who have confirmed their attendance to the IWD 2020 forum, we thank you for your support to advance women’s rights, especially migrant women’s causes.
We will constantly update our page of the event in the future. But our line for women who need Stichting Bayanihan’s support is always open.
